(By , Association.) ■■■■-..■'■ Palmerston, August 29i; Tho National Bank of New Zealandhas purchased jCopeland's Corner, at the corner of Cuba and Bangitikei Streets,, with 132 feet frontage to Cuba' Street and. 40 .feet to Rangitikei - Street, 'for eight' thousand pounds sterling. The purchase was made from Sir. Percy M'Hardy, who about four years ago purchased it from ; Mr. Copeland at seven thousand.
