OPIUM SMUGGLING.
• SEIZURE IN SYDNEY. By Telegraph— Frees Association—Copyright. (Rec. Augusfr26, 9.30 p.m.) Sydney; August 26. Tho Customs are displaying great vigilance in preventing tho smuggling of opium. To-day 124 tins, with a value of over £500, were seized. Tho tins were attached to the mooring line of the German steamer, Coblouz,' : in readiness for landing.
