The Turakina which arrived from London yesterday brought thirty-eight assisted passongers, the number being mado up by twenty-three adults and fifteeu children. Sixteen adults and fifteen children were nominated by relatives in the Dominion and seven persons were approved by the High Commissioner. Among the number there are eight domestics, two ploughmen and eight wives rejoining their husbands. Eventually, however, ho got close enough for a "snap" and succeeded in obtaining ono of her ladyship—a sido view.
