,V BOSS GOLDPIELDS. , A circular dated Bokitika, August 11, has been sent to shareholders, calliag an extraordinary meeting to be hold in tho Chamber of Contmeroe, Wellington, u u Thursday of next week. The business is set forth as under:— (1) To consider tho financial position of the company, and raiso 1 fresh capital, either by debentures, or by issuing the 10.0 CO unissued Ehares as preferential shares. (2) To consider the question of removing the registered office of the company from Hokitika to a place to bo. decided by the meeting. ■ : (3) To elect four directors to fill tho vacancies caused by the retirement of the* following :—Dr. Nee'.ey, Messrs. Michel; Murdoch, and Weston. A footnote in the circular reads:—"Since printing the above, an accident Ims happened to the power line. The mino is Hooded, and closed down.
