At the nest meeting of the Hospital and Charitable 'Aid Board 'the following motions will 1)8 moved:— By the Rev. H. Van Staveren-. That Messrs. R. C' Kirk, J. Godber, and G. T. London bo, appointed a sub-committee with power to realise the property, known as "the Hutt Valley Hospital site" for tho purpose of utilising the proceeds as a nucleus for the erection of the Children's Hospital. ■ ' , , '~„ , By Mr. A. H. Hindmnrsh: That the motion passed at the last meeting of the board, "that application bo called tor tho position of clerk and collector," be rescinded. Bv Hi-. P. T. Moore: That tho Wellington City Council be. asked, in ■ the interests of public health, to prohibit the collection and use of city refuse by jrivato persons for hog-fced purposes.
