Sutherland (Wanganui), soprano and mezzo, 1; Mrs. Peter Lewis (Wanganui) and Miss T. Sandilands (Feilding), soprano and contralto, 2. Mixed Choirs.—Napier Choral, t; Hastings Harmonic, 2. Male Quartet—P. Steed. A. W. Hamilton, W. Sparling, and P. W. Tombs (Hastings), 1 j W. L. Prime, W. C. Prime. C. Prime, and E. N. Prime (Hastings), 2. Church Choirs (under 25 voices).—Sacred Heart, Catholic (Hastings), 1; St. Augustine's, Anglican (Napier), 2. For the open mixed quartet only Napier vocalists competed.
