Railway passengers are now being required to produce a. medioal certificate of disinfection of their clothes before they are allowed to travel. Over 81,000 cases had been certified to up to August 8, Kiiarkoft',Ekaterinosloff, Kherson, and the Don claiming 40,000 of the total. • There.is the greatest distress amongst the orphaned children in tho villages.
