(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Mutton broth. ■ Stewed ox-thil and walnuts; Potatoes. Vegetable marrow. Roly poly jam pudding. ' ROLY POLY JAM PUDDING. . Ono pound flour, Jib. suet, 1 tea-spoon-ful of baking powder, a pinoh of salt, cold water to mix, raspberry jam. Shred and chop the suet. Mix it- with the flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well and mix to a stiff paste with cold water. Turn on to a floured board, work out the cracks and roll out about one-quarter' inch thick. Spread with jam, roll up, seal the edges, roll in a damp pudding-cloth, and boil for two hours. . Turn out, and serve with sweet, molted butter. . • .
