;' ". » (By Telegraph—Press Association.! Now Plymouth, August IG. At Motorua to-day, there was a big blow-out at the Taranaki Petroleum Company's No. 3 well, the deepest, on tho field. At a depth of from 3080 to 303S feet a strong gas vein was met with, which hurled oil, water, and silt over the top of the derrick.on several, occasions. Tho oil is getting more plentiful each time the stulf is expelled. At No. 2 the flow of oil continues satisfactory.
