Sinha, the first Indian to be appointed to tho Viceroy's Council, has resigned his position as Law Member. Mr. Sinha will resume the ; lucrative, practice at the Bar here- which he sacrificed to take his appointment on the Council. . • -. ( •. . Mr. Sinha's resignation' lias been discussed for some time passed. He was appointed only last year, but the climate of Simla has not agreed with his health. '
