Two porters at the Ministry of Publio Works, by using . duplicate keys' gained access to the safes where, the departmental tenders were stored, and for many years past have supplied information to certain firms, who were thus' enabled to tender, at a slightly lower figure than the other tenderers. It is believed that the Government has lost several millions. in consequence.
