He was fined 55., With. 7s. costs,' in default, 24: hours' imprisonment. W. Miles, a fruit hawker, wAs charged witli leaving fruit in Tepuni Street.-' A fine of 205., and costs 95., was imposed, in default seven days' imprisonment. . C. Garner was chargcd. with leaving his cart-wheel unlocked, and also , with., having used threatening language.
