The Government has requisitioned the special trains and .steamers ■ which were intended to carry the 80,000 Roman Catholic demonstrators to Sao Sebastian on Sunday to protest against tlie proposed religious laws. The. Government will use the trains for the conveyance of troops, whorowith to repress the demonstration, which the Catholics svro determined shall bo held.at all costs. COMPULSORY SERVICE BILL. (Bee. August 5, 9.25 p.m.) Madrid, August 5. The Spanish Cabinet has approved a Bill providing for compulsory , military service by all Spaniards. RIGOROUS MEASURES. (Rec. August 6, 0.5 a.m.) Madrid, August 5. The Governor of San Sebastiaii.is issuing orders forbidding Catholics to form groups or enter tho town.
