The distribution of the money .among other memDers of the family had been postponed by order of the Court, in view of the fact that the death of Ucotga Tuckwell might possibly be no more than a legul presumption. Mr. Justice Cooper, sitting in Chambers yesterday, fixed next Tuesday afternoon as the time for re-opening the matter. Mr. H. S. Machell, who appeared for the family, asked whether his Honour would take the matter in Court or in Chambers. ' His Honour : In Cotr;. The utmost, publicity should be given to it. The nature of the evidence alluded to by bis Honoui, and some additional particulars of this interesting case, an recorded under another, heading.
