IRRIGATION SCHEME.
ARGENTINE PROJECT. By Telccraph—Press Association-Copyright. • (Ike. August 3, 9.45, p.m.) Buenos Ayres, August 3. An extensive irrigation scheme is being'carried out on the Neuquen River, one of the principal affluents of the Rio Negro. It will be completed in 1913, and will permit of the cultivation of one million and a quarter acres. A, granite dam, 1905 feet long, and numerous oanals are to be constructed.
