SPAIN SOON ON HER KNEES. By Telegraph—Press Association— Oopyright. Madrid, August 1. Several Spanish Parliamentary deputies have sent a congratulatory letter to Don Jaime, son of the late Don Carlos, on tho prospects of a Caxlist restoration, in consequence of tho rupture between the Government and the Vatican, in connection with the Liberal Ministry's religions legislation^ Don Jaime has replied:—"l will do nothing to disturb the peace, least of all promote a civil war.
