SPORTS CLUB MEETINGS. (Prom Our Special CorreßDondent.l An enjoyable entertainment was given by the young men of tho Congregational Church in tho Dominion Hall on lhursday evening.

A total of 100,000 rainbow trout ova and 360,000 brown trout ova has" been,' received at tho Masterton fish hatch-' enes to date.

The Mastorton Bowling Club held its annual, meeting on Friday, Mr. E. J. Rose "presiding. The annual report showed that the' bank overdraft had been reduced, and thatthc membership after purging the roll, stood at 09. No fewer than twenty-nine new members . had been elected during the season., The- membership now stood at 111. The club competitions had been keenly con-', tested, ■ and the Match Committee wasj congratulated upon getting the matcheo off regularly and expeditiously. Thewinners of trophies won 'during the;, season were presented with their prizes by the president. Mr. C.
