SOUTH AUSTRALIAN SCHEME. . By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright: Adelaide,-July 29. The Government has set aside £200,000 sterling to'enable it to lend money to build homes. It will advance four-fifths of the cost up to £500 at '4-J per cent.
