The steamer Wareatea, 512 tons, oy Holyman's, Limited, is aground at Low Head, forty miles, north-west of Launcest'on. She is in a serious position. TOWED OFF. (Rec, July 27, 9 p.m.) Hobart, July 27. The Wareatea has been towed off and beached. Her hull is badly damaged, and several feet of water are in the engine-room.
