Tlie Government entertained a deputation from the Japanese Parliament at luncheon at' Hampton Court. Sir 'E. • Grey (Foreign Secretary) and Mr. Lewis Harcourt (First Commissioner of Works) were amongst the speakers.. The King sent a message of welcome. Sailors belonging to the Japanese cruiser Ikoma are being shown the sights of the metropolis.
