OTAKI STATION BURNT

The railway station at OtaM was dd" strdycd by fire at 8 o'clock yesterday moriiing.-' This was the brief information received in the city yesterday by tho general manager for railways (M.r. T. ' RoiKiyii'e). The fire is- supposed to hare started in the pc«t office connected 'with the station. A special train containing a gang. of workmen was dispatched to Otaki from here at midday yesterday for the purpose of restoring the telegraphio instruments and making other temporary necessary arrangements.
