Chrlstchurch, July 18. A return from the Ross Goldfields, Ltd., reported on tho Stock Exchange to-day, is 540z. from 1497 trucks. Dr. Neeley, chairman of directors of the company, states that this represents six days' work, or two days' less work than for the two last weeks' returns, with tho same amount of men. The following telegram was received by the Wellington Stock Exchange from the Boss Goldfields, dated July 18:—"Managing engineer wires returns:. 540z. from 1497 trucks, with two days' less work than last wash up; same number of men.—Neeley, chairman."
