WARNINGS TO CHINA. By Teleprapo—Prese Association—Copyright. London, July 15. A Blue Book dealing with Tibetan affairs has been published. It shows that on April 8 last the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (Sir Edward Grey) strongly warned China t:> observe her treaties regarding trade agreements, and added: "We are prepared to protect Nepal, Sikkini, Bhutan (in the Himalayas); and it is inadvisable for China to increase her troops in tlio vicinity of thoso places."
