ANTARCTICA.
THE FILCHNER EXPEDITION. By Telegraph-Press Aseociation-'Copyrieht (Rec-July 15, 11.30 p.m.) London, July 15. Lieut. Filchnor will take only one ship on the German Antarctic expedition ho is.organising. He proposes to work westward from Coatsland, which was discovered by Dr. Bruce with his Scottish expedition. Dr. Brace's new expedition will work eastward from Coatsland.
