It is e'xpected that the dobate on the immigration question will bo continned in the House this afternoon. The Prime Minister's promised statement on the "E. A. Smith" affair is also expected to be made to-day. ■ The Council does not resume work till to-morrow afternoon, when the debate on tho Address-in-Reply will be continued by the Hon. Dr. Findlay.
