ARCTIC EXPLORATION.
NEW CANADIAN EXPEDITION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. July 8, 11.15 p.m.) Ottawa, July, 8. Captain Bernicr, who was last year in the Arctic on a Canadian Government expedition, has sailed from Quebec on his new voyage of Arctic exploration.

Captain Bernier will spend two years in exploring Hudson's Bay, and will plant the British flag oil the islands within the Arctic Circle, thus ending the United States' 1 contention that Great Brjtaiu has no sovereignty there.
