EXPORT OF WOOL,
THE YEAII'S RETURNS. ' A compilation forwarded'by Messrs.Dalgety and Company, Ltd., shows' that tho exports of wool from the Dominion for the year ending June 30, 1910, were 21,181 bales in excess of the; quantity exported during the' previous year. The principal iiicrcaso was at Wellington, and at five of the thirteen ports there were decreases. Last year 109,268 bales were shipped from Wellington, and the number this year was 121,891. The increase, therefore, was 12,623 bales. Tho ports at which there were decreases are: Timaru, Blenheim, AVanganui, Waitara, and Gisborne. At Timaru aud at Blenheim the drop was very small.
