YESTERDAY'S PRICES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyrlffht Sydney, July 7. At the. sheep sales five Lincoln rams sold on account of Mr. Dout-hwaite (Waimate) brought 4J to 5 guineas, while two rams belonging to Mr. Barriball OVaiuku) realised guineas each. Border Lcicestcrs— On account of Mr. Dontliwaite: Pivo rams fetched 20 to 27 guineas;'ten realised 12 guineas;. and others 3J to 7J guineas. On account of Mr. Nixon (Killinchy): Two rams brought C and a guineas respectively; and five ewe 3 ft, fi, b, Bs, and 9 guineas respectively. On account of Mr. Grant (Elloughton Grange): Twelve hoggets fetched from 41 to 5 guineas. English Leicesters.—On account of Mr. Nixon: Two rams, G and 9£ . guineas'; two ewes, 8 and 17-.V guineas; five others, •1 to S guineas. Romney Marsh.—On account of Mr. Grant (Canterbury): Three rams, 5 anil 7 guineas; five hoggets, 41 guineas each. Corricdales.—On account of Mr. Ensor (Ashley): Two ram lambs, 6 guineas; two others, Gi ■ guineas.
VALUABLE MERINOS. (Rec. July 7, 9.10 p.m.) ' ' Sydney, July 7. Six Haddon-Rigg Merino ranis brought 500, 100, 300, 250, 170, and IGO guineas. Four others realised 150 guineas each; two of them are to go to South Africa, ami one is for a Government farm. Further sales of British breeds are reported as under: — Lincolns.—On account of Messrs. Selby Brothers (AVaiuku), 35 flock rams at from ito l'r guineas. On account of Mr. Douthwaite (AVaimate) three flock rams at 4f guineas; and five ewes at 3 guineas. On account of Mr. Barriball (AA'aiuku) 20 flock rams at from 5 to 7 guineas. On account of Mr. Hockin (Waiuku) ten flock rams at 1| guineas. On account of Mr. Keid (Ellerslie), 10 rams at from 2J to 41 guineas. On account of Mr. Ensor (Ashley) five corriedales at 5 guineas.
