Tho trial of Erau Weber (formerly Frail von Schoenbeck), charged with having instigated her lover, Captain von Goeben, to murder her husband, Major von Schocnbcck, of the Allonstein garriBon, has been abandoned. The woman, after collapsing several times in court, was removed to an asylum, and she has now been dcclarod to bo totally insane. Captain von Goeben, it will be remembered, committed suicide wliilo in prison.
