TWO PERSONS KILLED IN SPAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Madrid, June 29. A bomb found in a doorway at Barcelona exploded during 7 its removal in a bomb-carriage. A youth named Radowisky, a Russian Anarchist, has been sentenced to imprisonment for life, for throwing a bomb on November 14 last, by which Colonel Falcon, Chief of Police, and Senor Alberto Lartigne, his secretary, were killed,
Describing tho occurrence last year, the' correspondent of the London " Times" said:—During the last six months four bombs have !>cen thrown, two of which exploded with fatal results. The Government is aware of the presence of between 10,000 and 11,000 persons, most of whom are Italians, Russians, or Catalonians, who are actively sympathising with and assisting the Anarchist move-
ment A state of siege has been declared throughout the Republic. The operation of tho ordinary law is thereby suspended, and suspects may be arrested, detained, and deported without trial.
. . . . During the next few days no fewer than 3000 active Anarchists will be deported, and those newspapers which favour their propaganda will be suppressed. When Congress meets the Government will ask for special laws to deal with militant anarchism.
