Yesterday the Marine Department, instructed the Collector ot Customs at Greymouth to arrange for a magisterial 'inquiry to be held there at convenient date. Captain Post,- of the Tutanekai, and Captain Felix Black will sit nt the inquiry as assessors. Captain Post has (acted in a similar capacity at several \preyious inquiries.
