'After a conference had been held the commissioner announced that Mr. Fuller ; had agreed to accept the conditions in ithe claim, provided that the award did Dot apply to picture, or concert entertainments, anil that a clause was inserted providing that men employed as flymen in permanent vaudeville entertainments (be paid not less than 3s. id. for each, iperformance, nil other employees to be /exempt from the award.
