PASSENGEES BY THE ETJAPEHTJ..i

The s.s. Kuapehu, which is due at Wellington this morning from London, has, on board one saloon, 31 second-class, and 171 steerage passengers. Only 39 of the passengers aro assisted immigrants—26 women, 3 men, and 10 children. Twentyone adults and ten children were nominated by relatives in New Zealand. It is interesting to note also that among the assisted passengers are eight domestics sent out through the High Commissioner's office. As regards the occupations of the adults ten are farm workers, two are dairy, fanners, and one is a dairymaid. Included , in the contingent are ten women, who are rejoining their husbands.'
