(Specially written for Tee Dominion.) FRIDAY. Fish Sonp. Fricassee of oysters. Potatoes. Baked apple pudding. BAKED APPLE PUDDING. , . 21b. apples, lib. flour. Jib. suet, 1 teaspoonful of baking powder, a pinch of salt, sugar. . Shred and chop the suet; mix suet, (lour, baking powder, and salt to a stiii paste, with cold water. 801 l out thinly and line a greased pudding basin. Fill with peeled and sliced apples. Cover with suet crust, and bake for three hours. Turn out and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Loin of mutton. Celery. Cheese. 2 eggs. 3 pints of milk. , FOR SUNDAY. Clear stock. Macaroni. Shoulder of pork. Veal stuffing. Apples. Cabbage. Stale bread. 2 eggs. FOR SUPPER. Ox tongue. Salad. Fruit. Pastry. Cream.
