Francis Alills, of Wellington, which is being administered by the Public Trustee, sets out that out of tho estate the sum of £100 clear of all deductions, shall be paid to Dr. Barnardo's Home, of Stepney, London; and £200 free from' all deductions must be paid to tho Wellington Hospital for the establishment of a bed, to be called tlio "Francis Alills" bed. The residue of tho estate (estimated to bo worth about £6000) is to be divided, in equal shares, between (1) the Salvation Army (for charitable works within the Dominion of New Zealand); (2) Mother Alary Joseph Aiibert's Home for Incurables; and (3) tho Home for the Aged Needy. The will,'which was dated Atarch 21, 1008, names tho Public Trusteo as executor and trustee.
