There are only two charges—one of assault and robbery, and another of entering a brewery and theft of beer on Sunday, March' 2. A breach of promise case is set down for to-morrow. The Grand Jury presented a strong representation as to the inadequate accommodation for conducting the business of the Supremo Court; and the judge undertook to forward it to the Government.
