AH books and sample-packets and newspapers for places within tho Dominion most bo posted half an hour before tho ordinary letter-mail closes. Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcels-post packages must be handed in and money-orders obtained one hour beforo tho ordinary mail closes.
