N.Z. WYANDOTTE CLUB.
♦ Tlir fifth annual meeting of the New Zealand Wyandotte Club (North Island) was held at SC. .Peter's Hall on Wednesday eTeninß, there being present: lir. W. A. Sovrman, Shannon (chairman), and Messrs. D. 11. Bntherford (Manriceyille), T. Jameson (Wellington), S. Johnson (Palmereton North), 'I'. Doir (Brooklyn), A. and E. Thomas (Khandallah), T. It. Boyes (Karon), E. Elliott (Brooklyn), J. D. lremouger (Kilbirnie), and J. Currie (secretary). The report and balance-sheet showed that the affairs of the club were in a uatisfactory condition, and that largely owing to tlae efforts of its members, the breed of Wyandottes was being steadily improved. The following 'officers were elected President, J. Jarvis; vice-prosidenU, D. H. Rutherford, W. A. Sowman, T. E. Boyes, S. Johnson, E. T. Bnteman, nud J. Currie; committee, T. Doijj, A. Thomas, T. Jamieson, nnd E. Thomas; secretary and treasurer, J. Currie.
