d EX-ARTILLERYMAN'S SUICIDE. (By Telegraph—Press Association Stratford, June 16. Douglas Lawson, aged about 30, a station hand at Matcraateaonga, shot himself with a "Winchester rifle. A verdict of suicido was returned. Deceased is supposed to have been an- exmember of the Permanent Artillery. PETONE ACCIDENT. A3 a result of the overturning of a cart in which he was driving at Petone yesterday, Mr. lieynon, baker, was admitted to the Hospital suffering from a broken leg.
