Tho United States Court of Appeal dissolved an injunction' restraining tho Herring-Curtis Company from manufacturing aeroplanes on the ground that by so doing they infringed the Wrights' patent. The newspapers hail this decision as a severe blow to the group of financiers supporting the Wrights' attempt to form an air trust.
