DAMAGES £25. ' By Telejrraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. June M, 0.40 a.m.) Melbourne, June 13. Sherman M'Kenzie, a farmer of Brown's Plain, sued Miss Edith MacVean, daughter of the owner. of Howlong Station, for . breach, of promise, claiming ,£3OOO damages. The verdict was ,£25 damages for plaintiff.
