BRIBERY IN RUSSIA.
CUSTOMS PERQUISITES. Bj Teloirraph—Pres3 Association—Oopynsut St. Petersburg, June 10. The Bribery Investigation Commission has discovered that many Customs officials at ■ Sevastopol and other Black Sea ports are receiving regular salaries and commission from Russian and foreign firms, for the purposo of classifying imports in a lower schedule. Heavy loss to the Exchequer has resulted from this practice.
