In the House of Commons, the Navy Estimates are being discussed. | (Hec. June 19, 0.15 a.m.) London, June 9. In the House of Commons, the First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. M'Kenna, in Committee of Supply on the Navy Estimates, . announced that the Estimates would provide for a hospital ship, and ho hoped that a second would follow. Admiral Lord- Charles Beresford (Unionist M'.P. for Portsmouth) denounced the circulation in warships' libraries, of a pamphlet, "The Truth' About the Navy." He said the pamphlet was calculated to inflame animosity against another Power. • Earl Winterton (Unionist) said: "It is nn open secret in the Navy that Lord Fisher is the author:" Dr. Macnamara (Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty) replied that he had not seen the pamphlet. He was not aware who the author was. Dr. Macnaraara promised to inquire whether the pamphlet is still in the libraries. [Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fisher of Kilverstone, recently retired from the position of First Sea Lord of the Admiralty. _ He and Admiral Beresford have had grave differences of opinion on naval policy, in which a Cabinet inquiry upheld Lord Fisher.] '
