The following record has been prepared of the work of the Salvation Army in the North Island for the past two years: —Attendance of Salvationists at open-air meetings, 323,534; attendances of Salvationists at Sunday indoor meetings, 794,271; attendances of Salvationists at week-day indoor meetings, 383,566; conversions, 1972; contributions made by means of soldiers' "envelopes"—a form of giving independent of appeals—£l4Bo 13s. 3d.; attendances at the Army's Sunday school, 283,903.
