MR. ROOSEVELT.
ROMANES LECTURE. By ToleeraDiJ-Prcss Ansociatlon—Oonrrlzht London, June 7. Mr. Roosevelt, at Oxford University, delivered the Romanes lecture, the subject being "Biological Analogies in History." ■ He dwelt on the all-importance of national character as the factor of national greatness, and said the laws of morality governing individuals were equally binding on nations. He emphasised the dangers of Socialism.
