PERSIAN AGREEMENT.
BRITAIN, RUSSIA,, AND GERMANY. Bj Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright (R-ec. June p.m.) London, June S. Britain, Russia, and Germany have arranged an understanding on the Persian question. Britain and Russia reaffirm the principle of equal commercial rights to all States. On the other hand, Germany does not contest the rights of Britain and Russia to defend certain strategic and political interests, such as those arising from railways, roads, or telegraphs.
