[A cablegram published yesterday stated:- "Fettlers and williers. employed in seventy woollen mills in Yorkshire lave decided to tender notices on June 16 that, unless increased wages and better working conditions are meanwhile conceded, they will strike. A striko would throw 20,000 persons idle."] MINERS TO RESUME WORK. i Nev; York, June 8. Twelve, thousand colliers on strike at Scranton have resolved to resume work.
