THIRD SECTION READY.

(By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent^ Tho third section of the StratfordOngaruo railway line from Huiroa to Tewera, nine miles, will be opened on Monday next for passenger and general traffic. The line will then have been completed twenty-five miles from Stratford. Trains will run twice weekly from Stratford. Our travelling correspondent, who supplies the foregoing, adds: Work is now going on between Tewera and Wbangamomona! and this section should be wholly completed by June, 1912. There will then remain about fifty miles of railroad to bo laid before tlio junction of the line is effected at Ongarue, and at the present rate of progress will be quite finished by 1917.
