SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Very humid and foggy weather has ac-' araipanied a- low pressure area of decreasing intensity, which passed over the country on Saturday and Sunday. Heavy rains fell in parts, and northerly wind 3 strong to gale wero experienced at times, but the winds ha-ve been generally moderate and variable. Present indications are for moderate to strong westerly winds, with cloudy and unsettled weather.
