MAN MISSING. The police spent a considerable portion of yesterday afternoon dragging the haxbour near the left of tho main entrance to the Queen's Wharf, on a chance of finding the body of a seaman named James Trail, who has been missing off the steamer Aorere for the past two days, Trail was last seen on Tuesday night, when he was going towards his vessel, but he did not reach the ship. The cap which he had been wearing had been found alongside one of the wharf piles," close to where the Aorere had berthed, and anxiety as to the safety of the man was increased yesterday when he did not apgear to collect his wages with the rest of tho men. It is feared that Trail baa fallen overboard and been drowned. . ■ •
